initiate this process, a form must be filled out by February/March. Subsequently, the
information provided is cross-verified with the school's existing records. Following
the declaration of the final examination results, the transfer certificate is issued
exclusively to the child's parents due to its critical nature, precluding issuance to
acquaintances or guardians.
It usually takes about fifteen to twenty days after details verification to provide the
Transfer Certificate.
